B. Major Details and Minor Details
There are two types of supporting details in a text : major details and minor details. Minor details is tell about the example, specifics details, specifics instances, and statistics of the text. Minor details is specifics that’s illustrated or support to major details of a text.
Major Details :
General ideas that support the stated main idea of text.
•Reasons
•Points in an argument
•Points of a comparison
•Further elaboration of main idea
Minor Details :
Specifics that illustrate or support the major details of a text.
•Examples
•Specific Details
•Specific Instances
•Statistics
Now, how to find minor details easily? To make us easily to understand about minor details, we need to compare between major and minor details.
1. key questions
a. Who or what is this passage about? (topic)
b. What is the author trying to convey about the topic? (main idea)
c. What reasons or points support the main idea about the topic? (major details)
d. What examples, details, or statistics illustrate the ideas in the text? (minor details)

Infer implied meaning is concluding implicit meaning in a book / teks.
Way of determining :

Implied information : anticipating after reading and guided
with question.
